I have added a few things to my cart. I had selected to ship with subs. And the only one I have upcoming is my comic sub. But, I have no real way of knowing what would be available right now. And what has slipped till a later date.
As it stands right now, what could be shipped and what is the current timeframe for the rest?

Of the items in your sidecart both Weapon Masters Handbook and Summon Monster Pawn Collection are ready to go now. Everything else has release dates between late November and January.

I do have another question. I can't see where to go ahead and ship those 2 items. And how much is 2 day shipping? And would that arrive in Louisville, KY by Friday?

Shipping those 2 books 2nd Day Air would run $39.83. My system is suggesting that they may not make it in 2 days though. It may be that the closest facility they can fly it to would still need to truck it to your city. I'm seeing the same thing for next day air as well. In addition to that tomorrow is a postal holiday. So even if it does only take 2 business days you may not receive it until Saturday. I don't know if all of our mail pickups for the day have already happened but if they have it wouldn't be going out until Thursday.

Well, can I go ahead and have the 2 ready items shipped now? And whatever the normal method of shipping is? No 2 day air or anything for them.
Are the comics ready to be able to cover the rest of the items as they release?

I have set up the items to ship out right away. They are going using the cheapest shipping method, which is priority. You should be receiving an email confirmation. Please look it over and let me know if any changes need to be made.
Right now the comic is scheduled for a December release. The only item in your sidecart that has a release date before the December subscription orders are generated is Iconic Heroes Set 4. This has a release date at the end of November.
See? This is why I order direct from Paizo. Absolutely incredible customer service.
