Processed this order yesterday but it didn't appear to process (just moved back to the home page after hitting submit). Never got the confirmation email. Can you cancel order 3765772, please?

Processed another request today that processed normally (save a lack of email), and I don''t need both. Glad I caught yesterday's order on my orders screen. Heehee.

I have cancelled order 3765772, and sent you an email confirmation for the other order. I do see a potential issue with the order though, it looks like there is no name attached to the payment method. That may cause an issue when we try to ship it, so you may want to update the payment information to include that.

Thanks Diego. My payment method has not been updated and this is what I use monthly for subscriptions. Why would my name drop now? How does one update an existing payment method? I seem to only be able to add a new method which I would imagine would cause issues with subscriptions now (maybe?).
