Can't finish placing my order.

I have a number of PDF's in my cart. My payment information has been updated, and appears to be correct. However when I attempt to place the order in step 3, I'm returned with step 2 greyed out. I'm receiving no information to work with, as to what went wrong with my order.

Hello Dekami,

It looks like initially the card was failing the address verification system (AVS), so it was being declined. Usually this happens when the billing address we have for the card is not matching up with what the bank has on file for it. The more recent attempts were declined due to "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." It's possible that after several attempts that failed the AVS the transaction was flagged as potentially fraudulent by your bank.
