Has this order been shipped? I knew you all mentioned that the orders would be shipped late October but I was not sure the exact date. I still have not received it yet. Thanks.

Your order shipped out on October 15. The tracking suggests that it was delivered to your address on October 22. You may want to see if any of your neighbors or anyone who may share the apartment with you picked it up for you. It may also have been delivered to your front office. If no one has it please let us know.

All my products are either at the office or stashed in the larger mailbox where they leave a key.

Sadly the office does not have it and no key was left in my mail box. :(
