I'm working on a Brawler who utilizes Performance Combat. This is for a Hell's Rebel's game, so I'm hoping there may be some opportunities to play to a crowd against the establishment. I think this works well, but I'm curious what other think

THE BUILD!...
I would consider dropping your INT to 8 to start. You have Brawler's Cunning to cover practically every one of your feats, so you're only pumping points into it for the purpose of skill points. As it is, you get 5/level. You state you'd like to keep stealth a viable skill, but a performance fighter isn't exactly one to keep out of the spotlight, and you're more of a frontline class anyway. Assuming I'm not missing some details regarding the Hell's Rebel's game (one I have no familiarity with), I don't think you'll get much out of that. I would then put those points into Dex to get it to 14. That increases your AC, your Initiative, your CMD, and your acrobatics which will be much more useful. If you drop it to 7 you'll have to spread out your skillpoints more, but you could get Wis to 12 which improves your will save, perception, and your perform checks.
Aside from that, and reviewing only what you've provided, I don't have much else. The only thing I could recommend is do a strong consideration of what feats you ALWAYS want to have available, and which you'll use infrequently enough to rely on spending an action to get them. Of course this pertains only to combat feats, which you don't have a ton of). I'd also suggest putting your FCB into your racial option, and pump trip and whatever other combat maneuver you expect to encounter/use often. I prefer grapple as if you use it you need a high CMD and if you don't you still need to be able to avoid getting grappled by nasty grapplers somehow. You want to choose trip because you don't want to get counter-tripped by anything but a nat-20.
