Hello,
I am trying to order the Pathfinder Battles—Shattered Star: Hill Giant. It is in my shopping cart but whenever I try to complete the order the system keeps skipping the billing page which causes the order to fail. I get the message to complete each number step, but I never get the step to take care of the billing. Hope you can help me as I really want this to come with my next subscription shipment.

Hello Olmac,
It looks like the issue is that there is not a payment method attached to the order. Even though it is going to your sidecart our system still needs to have a payment method attached to submit the order. What happens when you click on the payment tab during checkout?
I can attach the payment method on my end but it looks like you have more than one on your account, so I'm not sure which one to add. If you're still having trouble with the billing tab during checkout give us a call at 425-250-0800 and we can add it on our end.

That's the problem, I am not getting the payment tab at all, just the "shopping cart", "shipping" and "confirm your order" tabs. I don't see it in my sidecart. If there is more than one there (that I can't see), I only want one.
If you can attach "Use my store credit" as the payment method that would be awesome. I will be adding more to that in the coming days.

Hello Olmac,
Thank you for that information. I have set it to store credit and submitted the order, so you should see the item in your sidecart now. When you get your November authorization email in the next couple of days make sure to look it over and let us know if there are any issues (sometimes store credit can be finicky when items move between orders).

Thanks for letting us know about this! After doing a bit more poking around, it seems that this is something we're going to need our tech team look into. For your items, though, I was able to submit the order and they should be in your sidecart as we speak.
From what we could tell upon initial digging, it seems like the system is getting caught up on the shipping method. If you run into this problem again, try changing your shipping from "Ship with my subscriptions" to whatever method you like, and then change it back. This seemed to work on our end, so for now it'll have to be a temporary workaround until the tech team gets the bug squashed. :) If you try that and it doesn't work, I should be able to poke things into place.
Your order was submitted and you should have received a confirmation email, so feel free to review that and look over your account to make sure that everything looks correct. If anything needs to be changed, I'll be glad to take care of that for you before the subscriptions ship. If there are any further questions you may have in the meantime, don't hesitate to ask!
