Hello peoples! I need help with making adjustments or advice for this Juju boss. This is my first time being DM and the group I am currently running will be around 7-8 level by the time they face this boss. I just want to make sure that this boss is not too strong or too weak. Currently, she is actually adventuring with the party but they absolutely have no idea that she is the controller of an undead army that they were sent to eradicate. As far as they know, she's just a 5th level Oracle who can heal. She has Ring of Mind Shielding so they can't tell that she is evil. Throughout the campaign, she will learn more about the characters and cast some spells on them to weaken them while they are unaware (such as black spot on the fighter, Poison on the spellcaster, etc) and when the time is right she will summon her minions and kill the party members and possibly turn them into juju zombies.

Obviously, she is great at necromancy. She has control over all the undead that the party has defeated. She's just letting her undead die and because she is very charismatic, she has been able to lie about who she is and what her intentions are. Her combat skills are abysmal but she will rely on her undead to do all that kind of work. The environment that the party will fight her in will be in a castle that she has taken over. She will lead them to a room where she has cast unhallow so the party will all suffer negative effects. I was thinking to either apply silence to mess with the spellcasters or cause fear effect to the unhallow spell. She will have 1-2 juju zombies to aid her in combat as well.
