Are you looking for *a* scenario or a whole lot of scenarios? The Emerald Spire is a linked series of 16 levels that can be run as PFS scenarios. They can be a bit longer than standard PFS scenarios. (Particularly once you get to about floor 10).
As a GM you can put as much or as little characterization of the outside world into the dungeon levels as you like. You can give the players missions from the nearby town (Fort Inevitable) or you can just run them as a pure "dungeon crawl" where the players try to loot everything in sight.
One word of advice, try to play with just 4 players. More than that and the PCs are usually well above the power level of the NPCs they are encountering.

Depending on your definition of "dungeon crawl"...
Mists of Mwangi (does a museum taken over by monsters count?)
Prince of Augustana (sewer crawl; best at 4 players in-tier)
Voice in the Void (museum basement; best at lowest tier)
Beggar's Pearl (dwarven ruin; challenging at low tier, cakewalk at mid/high)
Citadel of Flame (abandoned fortress)
Infernal Vault (vault)
Immortal Conundrum (vault)
Haunting of Hinojai (haunted house)
Storming the Diamond Gate (temple)
Traitor's Lodge (evil PF lodge)
Destiny of the Sands II (Osirian temple, very old-school D&D)
Weapon in the Rift (military installation/magic R&D lab)
Day of the Demon (haunted house)
Trial by Machine (techno-fortress)
Silver Mount Collection (once more into the museum)
Hall of the Flesh Eaters (ancient dungeon/pirate stuff)
Of Kirin and Kraken (sunken fortress)
Fires of Karamoss (return to the techno-fortress)
These all take place mostly inside the dungeon and involve classic dungeon stuff (monsters, traps, hazards, puzzles, treasure). Also, I thought they were good adventures.

Pretty much everyone's already mentioned the ones I would say.
I'll just point out that I really like Storming the Diamond Gate. Yes, there's lots of hack n' slash action if that's what you want from a dungeon crawl, but also some small puzzles and an interesting NPC to interact with.
And that last battle is just epic. And I do mean battle, not combat - it's MUCH larger than a normal fight, just because of the size and terrain of the battle map, even though it's a fairly standard number of enemies.

Propa' dunjun ackshun an' nuffin' else! If it's only a partial crawl, like Rivalry's End, it ain't on this here list:
Rebel's Ransom
Glories of the Past, part 1 & 3
Among the Dead
Voice in the Void
Heresy of Man, part 2
The Forbidden Furnace of Forgotten Koor
If it's underground, has an ecology of sorts, features classic D&D hindrances(traps, yes, but enviromental hazards too) and is inhabited by murderous monsters then it's a dungeon. You might bust a cult, secure a hideout or raid a base, but a dungeon you crawl.
