As we began Audience with the Inheritor, our opening draw of the blessing deck was the Lady of Valor. This has caused a few problems.
First off, there is no top card of the blessing discard check. How does this function with cards that interact with the top card of the blessing discard deck. For example; Blessing of Nocticula. Does the Top Card of the Blessing Discard pile not have the Corrupted Trait?
We evaded the Lady of Valor. Since we evaded her, we would not activate the after of the encounter power of the Lady of Valor. So the blessing deck does not advance? Does this mean we have no blessing for that turn? Did we get a free turn?

1) There is no card, so it obviously doesn't have any traits. Blessing of Noticula would therefore be removed from the game if you used its 2 dice power, and cards that depend on the top card of the blessings discard existing can't be played (like amulet of true faith). The villain is the top card of the blessings discard, see Andrew's post below.
2) Correct, you don't activate any powers if you evade her. Including the power that shuffles her back into the blessings deck. Who knew instantly losing the scenario would be so easy? ;)
So yeah, you get a free turn at the expense of being unable to win, I guess go fishing for good loot and try again next time.
(Note that Lady of Valor seems to have a lot of issues going on with it as-written that haven't been addressed yet. I'd encourage you to go with what you believe the card says you should do instead of what it actually says you should do. Notably, move the shuffle power off of Lady of Valor and throw it onto the Audience with the Inheritor scenario instead -- that way the power always triggers even if you evade her, as well as dodging the issue that you're encountering a summoned copy and not the real villain card)

That's not a bug, it's a feature. The Lady does not approve of evasive types.
I also got a question that went like this:
Orengofta made us pull the villain out of the blessings deck and discard her since she didn't have the Corrupted trait. We're we correct in assuming that the only option left was to play out the scenario and lose when we ran out of blessings? Either way, I think we broke the scenario, haha.
My response: That seems like it would be absolutely fatal to your chances of winning the scenario.
So yeah, goofing around with the blessings deck when a goddess is in it is a wee bit risky.

2) Hurray for evading causing an entire scenario to become a loot run!
Nope. You don't just encounter it, you summon and encounter. Summoned cards always go back the box, unless the summoning card says so. The scenario summons her, and it is not the scenario that says to shuffle. So, she goes to the box afterwards no matter what happens.
Like Mike said, having a goddess mixed with your blessings? Probably not a good idea.
