It's not about the AP at all, it's about the Postal person. It was raining rather hard and instead of placing it on my steps under cover, they chose to open the mail box, use a rubber band to attach the lid to the box, and use that as a holder for the envelope. Needless to say, the envelope was SOAKED. Thru. Completely.
The cover took the brunt of it, but the first two to three pages have a shriveled type look. WTH was the postal delivery person thinking...
Probably...they were wet and unhappy in the rain...but still!
they DO realize cardboard isn't necessarily water proof, especially in a downpour? Don't they.
Errrgggh.
So my #3 is slightly damaged because of it.

Oh man. I feel for you. Our postal people would just put it on our step if it didn't fit in the envelope (as that is standard practice in the city we live in. Lots of tenements, not enough large mailboxes)
And yeh, packages have been stolen if the mail isn't checked ASAp due to this and the city hasn't come up with a good answer.
