Hello - Playing PF with a Dwarven Dorn-Dergar and curious about what the hitpoints would be for that weapon, in both the standard metal form and in adamantine (what number that 30% applies to). Can't seem to match the weapon up with the standard list of weapon/object hitpoints as the Dorn-Dergar is somewhere beyond the one-handed metal-hafted weapon which has 20 hitpoints according to the rulebooks. I just can't find anything in Dwarves of Galorion or any of the core rulebooks that I find applied to that weapon. Any official comment on this would be appreciated.

It's a two-handed weapon. However, it's neither "hafted" nor a "blade". I'd look at the entry for a regular chain (hardness 10, 5 HP).
