I just combined a new order with a previous one, and it says it will be shipped over two shipments/packages. Can you consolidate those into one, and will that help with the shipping costs? The original order was #3747998 - I don't know the second order number yet.

Also, it says that an item from my original order is now out of stock, and that the shipment is delayed indefinitely because of this. When I ordered it, it was in stock. Will it still be in my order? If not, I won't be charged for it, right?

It looks like it is shipping in 2 packages because of item weights/categories and various shipping restrictions. In this case, 2 standard post packages is the cheapest option. The cheapest option that puts them in one package is UPS Ground at $16.54.

It looks like the item your order is waiting on is the Asylum Miniatures: Female Vampire. It has a listed product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 7 to 10 business days. If items have longer product availability time frames like that, it typically means that we will need to get them in from a distributor. That said, it looks like the product information we had for that item may have been a bit outdated, as our distributor is waiting for a restock of more of those from the manufacturer. I do not have an an estimate of when they are excepting more at this time. Please let us know if you would like that cancelled from the order or moved to its own order (otherwise, the other items will keep waiting on it to ship).

We do not finalize charges for items until they are processed for shipping.

Hmm. Could you move the vampire to its own order, then, please? Hopefully that will take care of the issues.

I just thought it was weird that I'd be getting a Flip-Mat shipped all by itself. Seemed inefficient.

I have move the vampire to its own order (I could also moved it to the sidecart, if you would like).

There is one Flip-Mat shipping by itself because of how the weight limits and category restrictions for bound printed material (books) vs. other items works out. That said, if you want us to move one of the map items to your sidecart, it may fit better into a future shipment, and would just be one package shipping now. Let me know if you want to try that.

Put the map on my next subscription shipment, please. (Hopefully it doesn't delay that shipment the way the Sihedron Medallion I ordered seemed to delay the last one.)
