i already have a concept down just wanted some feedback and reactions. will probably have the statblock later today or tommorrow

DR 15/cold iron, DR 7/cold iron and piercing; Immune bleed, cold, magical healing, mind affecting effects, petrification, polymorph; Resistant acid 10, electricity 10, fire 15; SR 26; weaknesses vulnerable to fire
OFFENSE
Speed 50ft, fly 60ft, burrow 40ft; ice glide
Melee: +20/+15 mstwrk frost dagger (1d4+9+1d6 cold) or wintry touch +19 (1d6+7 cold 13/day)
