So looking through the Card Guild Guide there is no information to when you get your role card. For Season of the Righteous the only information I can find for when you get your role card is by completing Adventure 3 where the reward is a power feat and your role card.
If that is true then if you miss a single scenario in Adventure #3 and you don't get the opportunity to go back and complete it you never get your role card? Correct?
One of my guild players ended up in the hospital for two weeks and missed all of Adventure #3. The other players finished it and are now Tier 4. If he returns and starts playing Adventure #4 and progresses up the Tiers he'll never get his role card as I understand it.
Is this intentional?

It is not ideal, but since the guide did not provide rules for obtaining a Role card, I can confirm that it was intentional that I put that reward in for AD3 (just like it was for SotS).
I'm sure in future seasons the guide will cover things more comprehensively to work by tier.
Appreciate the timely response but... could you suggest a work around (perhaps we can even test an option for future seasons.) Its really going to stink for this guy to play the rest of the Season without an opportunity to get his role card or its going to stink for the rest of the guild players to have to replay all the Adventure 3 scenarios again.

Just double checked, and it does. The reward for 0-3 is "Each character chooses a role card and gains a power feat". Maybe you have an old copy of the PDF?
The original scenario had the reward in 0-4; we complained mightily and it got changed to 0-3.
