The Hell's Rebels Player's Guide provides a Deific Obedience for Milani, along with Evangelist, Exalted and Sentinel Boons, all on page 14.
I would like to request that this obedience and the prestige class boons be made legal for PFS.
.
Part 1: arguments in favor
In general things in PFS are made legal unless there is a significant objection to them.
The obedience and boons are flavorful and useful.
Currently there's no obedience for Milani legal, so you can't play Evangelist, Exalted and Sentinel prestige classes for Milani. That's a shame because she's a nice deity to follow.
There is already PFS support for Milani, from AP #68 The Shackled Hut, but that book was published before Inner Sea Gods, so it lacks this material. This material also specifically refers to AP #68 for background; it completes it.
.
Part 2: overcoming arguments against
Mechanically it looks sound. The powers are well-defined, leaving no big questions.
Flavor-wise, there should be no problem. It's a Good, upbeat faith. The obedience task is not offensive or yucky, or otherwise disruptive. The friendly sparring even matches the society's "Cooperate!" motto nicely.
Balance-wise, there are some good bonuses in there, but nothing over the top. The boon from the Obedience is comparable to a Birthmark trait (or one of about five other traits that give you the same bonus against charm and compulsion); though a bit more wise-ranging, but a feat should of course do more than a trait. The various boons for the prestige classes are again nice (no chaff there) but comparable to quite a few of the Big 20 deities in strength.
While it's been a while since material from a PG has been sanctioned, there's precedent for it. It doesn't present any formatting issues.
It's rumoured that plans exist to sanction these boons when they reappear in Inner Sea Faiths in a couple of months. However, minor deities have received sanctioning for these obediences/boons before, in Iron Gods 2 and 5 (Brigh and Zyphus). So why should Milani get different treatment just because this material appeared in a PG instead of in a main book?
.
Summary
There are no big obstacles to sanctioning this, and it would make people happy.

Playing the devil's advocate, there is another reason to not make include it. If it's legal from the Hell's Rebel PG it will possibly disincentivize people from buying Inner Sea Faiths when it comes out. That could be circumvented by making the obedience legal from the PG, then removing the PG from the Additional Resources page when ISF releases in the spring.
