Hello,

I'm curious. These two order were placed the same day. One was charged priority (standard wanted to charge $88 for the second order) and one standard UPS. So I paid more on one than the other. Weird thing is the standard UPS shipped, but the Priority didn't. Why be charged for priority shipping when priority isn't given priority? And why does the system want to charge for 4 packages when shipping one case?

Hi Todd,

For the UPS Ground one, it looks like the 4 package thing is a strange display glitch and it looks like when shipping was finalized it should have only been for 1 package with the equivalent shipping charge. I'm not sure what caused that to show up that way. I'll flag that for the tech team to look at. EDIT: For clarification, the UPS Ground order that was submitted is showing as wanting to ship 4 packages on our side, but that's not actually how it worked out.

Shipping times for items can vary based on when the order is submitted compared to when the warehouse generates each batch of packing lists. Warehouse workflow is optimized to ship as much each day as possible. All of these items still have a listed product availability of shipping from our warehouse in 1 to 7 business days. The shipping method is for the cost of shipping method itself, not to expedite orders through the warehouse (we do not have the option).
