AoO from Felling Smash with Dirty Fighting?

Felling Smash: If you use the attack action to make a single melee attack at your highest base attack bonus while using Power Attack and you hit an opponent, you can spend a swift action to attempt a trip combat maneuver against that opponent.

I don't have the text of Dirty Fighting (from the Dirty Tactics Toolbox), but I gather the gist is twofold:

a) you can dispense with most of the obnoxious prerequisites from Felling Smash
b) that you can avoid the attack of opportunity from using a maneuver if you are flanking your target.

The trip attempt from Felling Smash is a swift action. If you don't meet the conditions from Dirty Fighting, do you suffer the attack of opportunity?

Yes.

You can take advantage of a distracted foe.

Benefit: When you attempt a combat maneuver check against a foe you are flanking, you can forgo the +2 bonus on your attack roll for flanking to instead have the combat maneuver not provoke an attack of opportunity. If you have a feat or ability that allows you to attempt the combat maneuver without provoking an attack of opportunity, you can instead increase the bonus on your attack roll for flanking to +4 for the combat maneuver check.
Special: This feat counts as having Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, and Improved Unarmed Strike for the purposes of meeting the prerequisites of the various improved combat maneuver feats, as well as feats that require those improved combat maneuver feats as prerequisites.

No. Because if you have Felling Smash, you also have Improved Trip. Dirty Fighting doesn't replace Improved Trip.

Dirty trip does two things. *(the special does two things, obviously the benefits section is not what I'm describing)
1) It acts as "Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, and IUS" for improved combat maneuver feats.
2) It acts as "Dex 13, Int 13, Combat Expertise, and IUS" for feats that have improved combat maneuver feats as prereqs.

So you don't get an AoO because you have Improved Trip because you have Felling Smash.

So to your first point

Felling Smash still has Improved Trip as a prereq.
