Is there any way to get an axe beak mount as a cavalier?
For a home game? Ask your GM "to approve other animals as suitable mounts". Maybe use the beast rider archetype to strengthen case.
For PFS: Only way to do that is playing all three parts of a specific set of scenarios with the same level 1-5 cavalier character:
