If you mean whoever did the interior art for Dungeon Magazine for those adventures, then the half-page illustrations were done by Steve Prescott, the monsters and character illustrations (mostly) by Eva Widermann, and the openers by Joachim Barrum.
I know Eva Widermann's got a website up, and I suspect the two others does as well.
If you mean whoever made the art for the Age of Worms poster, that's Wayne Reynolds.

Does anyone know the names and stats (class, etc.) of the "iconic" characters used on the Dungeon covers and to illustrate the adventures inside?
For example, the female tiefling (ranger?), the dark-hair female human in red and black and wearing a spiky crown/headdress (cleric of Wee Jas, possibly JJ's own character?), the human male paladin-type in a blue cloak and using a shield, the white-haired human female with red-and-white striped leggings (sorcerer or wizard?).

The cleric with the spiky headdress is Tyralandi, James Jacobs's Cleric/Binder.
Dunno about the rest.
