Clicking "place order" redirects me to payment method

I'm trying to purchase some PDFs, I get to the point to where I click place order and enter card verification number. It instead redirects me back to the "payment method" tab. I've double checked all the information is correct and the only possible problem could be "billing adress".

I'm in Russia and using a VISA Electron Card. I called my bank and asked about billing address, but they said: "we do not have these requisites".

Any ideas?

Hello Vitaly,

You are getting sent back to the payment method tab because we are getting a decline on the card from your bank. There should be more feedback telling you what is going on, that is something the tech team is looking into. The decline we are getting is "General decline of the card. No other information provided by the issuing bank." This decline is on the banks end, so you may want to get a hold of them and see if they can clear things up.

Thanks for your reply. I called my bank again; they said they had not received any requests at all. It is even possible that Paizo does not support russian Visa Electron cards?

Hello Vitaly,

I spoke to our finance folks and they tell me that Visa Electron cards are Visa cards so we do accept them. I investigated further and our card processor is suggesting that when it sent the request to the bank it got a prohibited transaction response from the bank.

Thank you very much for your help, Diego. In the end the problem was resolved using the card Visa Classic.
