Possible delay on order #3716549

With an expected ship time of 1-18 business days, this order is sitting at day 16 with no updates. I'd rather not wait until Wednesday to sort out if there is something in particular holding this up. If it's going to take much longer, I think I'd prefer to just cancel it and resolve to submit orders only for items I'm willing to wait a month for.

Thanks for letting us know about this! I apologize for the delay; I've taken a look into your order and it seems that things are just being held up by one of the items. We are still waiting to receive the Arael miniature from our distributor. The rest of the items look like they are in stock, but they are waiting on the remaining item before shipping.

If you'd like what I can do is either cancel the Arael mini or move it to it's own order, and everything else should be ready to ship right away. Otherwise, if you'd prefer to cancel the whole thing just let me know and I can take care of that for you.
