any before him, the mighty disciple of Primal Fury
wields the power of overwhelming force to it’s
greatest effects. The initiator ignores difficult terrain
when charging while in this stance, and whenever he
is subject to a size modifier for CMB checks or to his
CMD, the disciple is treated as one size category larger
if doing so would be advantageous to him. He is also
considered to be one size larger when determining
whether a creature’s special attacks based on size
(such as grab or swallow whole) can affect him.
Additionally, any melee weapon, unarmed strike,
or natural weapon is treated as if it were two sizes
larger. The benefits of this stance stack with abilities
or effects that increase the initiator’s size (such as
enlarge person).
From what I understand, the initiator's size does not actually change but he is still treated as if he is one size category larger (for CMB/CMD checks as long as it is beneficial to him to be).
Does the initiator also have the benefit of increased reach as well or is one of my players just stretching the RAW?
Thanks in advance.

I'll agree with the rest: Your player is ribbing you. Here's why:
The description of the stance details Effective Size Bonuses.
An Effective Size Bonus treats you as if you were that size larger, but you aren't actually that size. Unless specified otherwise, Effective Size Bonuses do not grant you increased reach, as evidenced by the effects of Lead Blades (which is eligible to target a Monk's Unarmed Strike), the Impact weapon property, and other similar spells/effects, which, if these effects increased the reach of the weapon, would have detailed as such.
It's also important to note that these above effects would not stack with this Stance, as that too, is an Effective Size Bonus. An Actual Size Bonus, such as by Enlarge Person, would stack, as you can stack an Effective Size Bonus with an Actual Size Bonus, but you can't stack two of the same on top of each other (that is, two Effective Size Bonuses, and two Actual Size Bonuses).
