Grapple, Invisible, Sneak Attack

I searched around but could not find this exact question. My Ninja is grappled, and I gain Greater Invisibilty and proceed to attack with a light weapon. Would my target be denoed his DEX bonus and allow my sneak attack to activate?

Yes. Even if a creature is aware of exactly where an invisible opponent is, they are still flat footed unless they have some sort of ability to deny them that (like uncanny dodge or the blind fight feat). Even if they're literally touching them in a grapple.
