Archtype hunter question

is it possible to archtype as both "dragon hunter" and "infiltrator" since infiltrator goes off favored enemy and all of the dragon hunter abilitys say "This ability replaces the additional favored enemy and any bonuses to existing favored enemies gained at Xth level." X being every 5th level.

Nope... they're both still monkeying with the same class feature. No matter how slight.

First, the class is ranger, not hunter, this is important since there is a hunter class as well.

Second, Infiltrator affects favored terrain not favored enemy.

So yes, the archetypes stack.

Dragon hunter's wyrm hatred should state it alters the first favored enemy (since it does.) so it wouldn't work with any archetype that alters favored enemy.

As Calth said, you mean the class Ranger, and you can take both. Infiltrator is almost useless (since you only have one favored enemy) but it alters favored terrain and Dragon Hunter only alters favored enemy so you can take both.

For reference:
My namesake
infiltrator

I agree with Calth and Bobcubed. Infiltrator refers to favoured enemy but does not alter it in any way. So you are able to take both. Dragon Hunter does make Infiltrator a truly terrible option though.

Dragon Hunter replaces track and alters favored enemy.

Infiltrator replaces favored terrain.

There is no overlap, the archetypes can stack.
