Lance reach when mount is enlarged (or just huge); when you both are enlarged?

A lance is a reach weapon so when unmounted the threatened area looks something like this (+=blank space, X=PC area threatened, P=player character)

RAW would say yes but the PC didn't get any bigger (then again, they don't when mounting up) so would this be correct.

Also, let's assume the PC did enlarge (so large rider, huge mount). Is the area still the same as the medium rider and huge mount threatened area (occupying the sharing the same spaces) or would it look more like this:

because the Lance has now increased in size (so a reach weapon goes from 10ft to 15ft reach)

The last bit is incorrect.

If your reach as a medium creature was 10ft, it becomes 20ft when enlarged.

If you were mounted, you could attack anything 15ft or 20ft away from your mount, but nothing adjacent or 10ft away.

15 or 20? How would it be both? Wouldn't it be a just the 20ft if my attack with a reach weapon is 20 or are you talking about whether I wield a reach weapon (in which case it's 20 ft) or a non-reach weapon (15 ft)?

A human with a lance can't attack adjacent, but can attack 10ft away.

An enlarged human with a lance can't attack adjacent or 10ft away, but can attack 15ft or 20ft away.

Likewise, a huge-sized Human with a lance couldn't attack at 5ft/10ft/15ft, but could attack at 20ft/25ft/30ft.

I think I'm getting it now. Because your character is now Large it has two spaces it could be wielding the weapon in (effectively, not literally) meaning it can reach from those either of those spaces and hit the spaces that the larger weapon's reach would hit.
