The Rogue advanced talent "Hunter's Surprise" allows a rogue to apply sneak attack damage 1/day to an adjacent enemy on attacks, even if the enemy is not flanked or does not have it's DEX modifier denied. My question is whether this would still apply if the enemy had Improved Uncanny Dodge, or regular Uncanny Dodge?

Hunter's Surprise
HS: "Until the end of her next turn, she can add her sneak attack damage to all attacks made against her prey, even if she is not flanking it or it is not flat-footed."
Sneak Attack
SA: "The rogue's attack deals extra damage anytime her target would be denied a Dexterity bonus to AC (whether the target actually has a Dexterity bonus or not), or when the rogue flanks her target."
Uncanny Dodge
Improved Uncanny Dodge
IUD: "This defense denies another rogue the ability to sneak attack the character by flanking her, unless the attacker has at least four more rogue levels than the target does."
IUD prevents SA by flanking unless much higher level. HS does not give SA by flanking, but by a special EX power.
HS does apply even against IUD.
