doing sneak attack damage with a critical hit.

Rules Questions

Is there a feat that allows sneak attack damage when you confirm a critical hit without flanking or denying dex? If so, are there any perquisites? Thank you in advance.

Nothing that I'm aware of. There's Sneaking Precision which is kind of the opposite. Generally the rule is that crits and sneak attacks don't mesh well.

Yes, but you have to be an ogre or somehow count as an ogre.

You are able to land critical hits precisely, dealing devastating damage.

Prerequisites: Str 19, ogre, sneak attack +2d6.
Benefit: When you hit a creature using the Vital Strike feat or confirm a critical hit against an opponent, add your sneak attack damage to the damage from the attack. This feat has no effect on attacks that already allow you to add sneak attack damage.

Good find Avoron. Those non-typical race feats are always obscure.

Racial Heritage(Ogre) will let you get that. You've got to be human though.

Orgre-kin could use it too, and know I'm envisioning an ogre-kin ninja...

Besides what is above, there isn't anything that will let you do what you ask in Pathfinder. Although, if you are allowed 3.5 feats, then Telling Blow is what you are looking for.
