Hello BaitSauce,
It looks like the orders did not go through. When the attempt was made the card was declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually that happens when the billing address does not match what the issuing bank has on file for the card. The billing address I see attached to it matches the shipping address for the order (I'd rather not post your address in a public forum). If you can send an email to customer.service@paizo.com with the correct billing address I can make sure it is set and push the order through.
