Order 3614973 & Order 3615065

Hi,

I completed these orders near the end of June and it shows under the status that they are complete, but it wasn't shipped out and i wasn't charged yet either. I was wondering if its something on my end or if the order was just never pushed through.

Hello BaitSauce,

It looks like the orders did not go through. When the attempt was made the card was declined due to failing the address verification system. Usually that happens when the billing address does not match what the issuing bank has on file for the card. The billing address I see attached to it matches the shipping address for the order (I'd rather not post your address in a public forum). If you can send an email to customer.service@paizo.com with the correct billing address I can make sure it is set and push the order through.
