Hello! I am unsure of how Pathfinder Society Online works, but I was wondering if there were any games for Pathfinder Society played on the weekends that I could join as a level one. I play Pathfinder Society every few weeks locally and know how to operate Roll20. Otherwise, I don't really know how this all works, and would like some guidance. For example, does this count towards experience, fame, and the like, just like local games? Thanks!

First off, welcome. :)
I take it that you are looking for more specifically games run over Skype, Google+, or Roll20 rather than Play by Post. That is, games that are run online, but similar to a Face to Face Table-top game, everyone is chatting in real time on line and using a digital map.The best place to look would be Paizo Online Campaigns Recruitment Thread where people generally post games that are looking for players. Secondarily, you might also look at the Gamer Connection Threads.
In both cases, it's generally best just to keep any eye out for games that are open and catch your eye, but you can also try to make a post there asking if there are any you could get in. It' generally an effective means, and usually someone will help you out.
Finally, you should also check out the PFS Online Collective, which not only has a lot of great information for PFS online, but also if scroll down, has a lot of other games being offered you should be able to jump into.

Just for clarification, PFS Online is not at all a different game or Organized Play than just PFS. It works exactly the same and you can freely crossover as you want. That is to say, you can take any of your existing characters (if you already play PFS) and simply have them jump into an Online game, assuming they fit into the Tier range like normal.
Just like the table-top version, yes, you do get and keep Fame, PP, XP, GP, Boons, and everything. Again, you are not playing a new game, just playing the game in a different way. Everything still gets reported as normal. You can take your character right after an online game and jump into a local game at your comic store (or the like) without any issues.

Also, here is an example of the format a lot of Online Games will look like for easy(ish) reference.
[Roll20/G+] #5-25 Vengeance at Sundered Crag - 9/6 8:00PM EST (UTC-4)
The first part [Roll20/G+] indicates where and how the game will be run. Roll20 for the maps, and Google+ for the sound.
The next what specific Scenario/AP/Module 5-25 Vengeance at Sundered Crag is being run.
And finally, because online games might very well include people from all over the globe, the Date/Time group that the game will actually take place, 9/6 800PM EST (UTC-4) so that everyone is on the same page.
Something to keep in mind, the PFS Online Collective is specifically for Pathfinder Society Organized Play, but the Paizo Online Recruitment is not. So, make sure that the game specifies PFS, (except in the Online Collective where it is assumed).
