order not been shipped?

i had placed an order from paizo on august 9th and paid but the order still says pending ?

I'm sorry to see that your order hasn't shipped yet! It looks like we may have an inventory issue with one of the items - D&D Miniatures—Night Below: Greyhawk City Militia Sergeant.

We seem to only have one left, rather than than the 7 that you ordered. Unfortunately, we are not sure if or when we may have more available. Sorry for any inconvenience. Would you like us to change that to 1 so the order can ship, or cancel that item?
