I used to have my subscriptions all mailed out at one time (held for last item). Now it looks like you guys are doing it as they come up. I went into My Account to try and change this and the buttons are greyed out to let me make shipments go all at one time.
Can I have this changed, as I don't want to be paying for shipping multiple times a month.

All of our items now have the same product release date each month (usually at the end of the month), so all items that release in the same month should be combined into an order. So, all of the September items will ship as one order (this does not necessarily mean one shipment, depending on the shipment method selected and shipping restrictions of various methods).
The "Combined Shipping Options" section is just to hold non-Paizo subscriptions (such as Pathfinder Battles or the Comics) to ship with the regular Paizo subscriptions. If you do not have a non-paizo subscription, that section is not active.
In this case, the Adventure Class Deck and the Card Game Deck are shipping in separate packages because that is the cheapest allowable shipping option. Standard post has a weight limit of 1 pound per package if the items are not 50% or more bound printed material/book. These two decks together exceed that limit, so we cannot ship them in the same standard post package.
