attacking with claws while wearing gauntlets

Rules Questions

Can my character attacks with claws (natural weapon), while he is wearing gauntlets?

I want to equip him with enchanted guarding gauntlets, so he will have stacking saving throw bonus.

As far as I am aware, you can certainly wear gauntlets without interferring with your claws. If you want a way to visualize that, then just look at 'demi gauntlets', which don't have much covering the fingers. Just imagine gauntlets that cover the knuckles (which would be the part you would hit with) and leaving your nice clawed fingers exposed since they are biker gauntlets.

But your plan won't really work. There have been several threads about that weapon property (and others like it) and generally speaking, it doesn't work unless you actually take a swing with the weapon.

And you can't use the gauntlets adn claws at the same time, cause only one weapon per limb.

Lemeres is right. You would need to actually attack with the gauntlets to gain the save bonus. A better option would be a guardian bodywrap of mighty strikes. As a separate enchantment source from your Amulet of Mighty Fists, it allows you to put all of it's bonus to your first attack, boosting your saves for the round, while still allowing your normal enchantment bonuses from the AoMF.

Imbicatus, Im not sure I agree. Multiple armor enchants (armor+bracers of armor) dont stack in that fashion, one is supressed in favor of the greater total enchant. I would imagine the same should be ruled for weapons (Bodywraps+Amulet).

Thank you Imbicatus for advising Body Wrap of Mighty Strikes. That is exactly what is was looking for!

burkoJames – my purpose (thanks to Imbaticus's advice) is to get
enhancement bonus from Amulet of Mighty Fists
and special weapon abilities from Body Wrap of Mighty Strikes.
