Dear Customer Service,
I began working on a new campaign taking place underground. I wanted to obtain the PDFs from My Downloads of Cyclopean Deeps Vol 1 and Vol 2 (Frog God Games). I had not previously downloaded them. These were added to My Downloads in May 2013; and I believe they were kickstarter rewards.

I downloaded Vol 1, and it's a very small 22 page PDF. Vol 1 should be more along lines of 200 pages as is the counterpart Vol 2 which I also downloaded and is correct.
I did some research on Frog God Games website, and their mini adventure ($4.99) is what it appears you have attached to My Downloads (in error) which is only the Intro adventure of the entire Vol 1 adventure.

Please review the actual file in My Downloads and attach the correct one, please.

I just emailed Frog God Games about this at the same time I updated the Volume 2 PDF. I'm waiting on them to provide the correct file, after which you will be getting the corrected version.
And you should have the corrected version in your Downloads.
