While poking around on the site (saw a subscription order was shipped without the items in my side cart) I clicked the Ship Items Now button on the side-carted items by accident. The items no longer appear in the side-cart (actually the side-cart itself no longer appears) under My Account. I'm not concerned with the items having not shipped (always Sept.) but I just wanted to make sure I didn't knock the items into Paizo purgatory or what have you. Order #3689448, for reference.

I tried emailing last week, but as of yet I've received no response.

Hi there, Cosined!

Sorry that we haven't had a chance to get back to your email yet! Our inbox has been a bit swamped in the wake of Gen Con, so we're a bit behind in our responses. Thank you very much for your patience!

I took a peek into your order, and it does seem that the items that were in your sidecart got knocked into a semi-purgatory. They're in a separate order but the order is not submitted yet. Since you said you pushed the "ship now" button by accident, I wanted to see what you'd like to happen to the items now. Either I can submit the order they're in now and they'll ship out on their own, or I can move them back into the sidecart to be shipped with a future subscription shipment.

Just let me know which option you'd prefer and I should be able to take care of that for you with no problem. If there are any further questions or concerns that you may have in the meantime, don't hesitate to ask and I'll be glad to help!

Thanks for getting back to me. I was just trying multiple avenues, so no worries in the expediency of CS's response.

While I originally added the items to the sidecart, I had thought they'd might make the August shipment. So I guess we can have them go out as their own shipment?
