Can I have a couple of orders combined together

If it's not too late can I have order 3689146 combined with order 3631577 which was combined with order 3654461.

If not that's okay I'll wait for next months monthly subs to ship.

I also may of screwed myself out of a little bit of savings because I resubscribed to the AP Subs after I placed order 3631577.
