Hi guys - just got my email auth for my subscriptions, and it's advised me that I am to be charged for the shipping/handling of the order, rather than it being taken out of my store credit.

I had $138.71 in store credit, which should have covered my order completely.
Can you please confirm if this was done in error, or have the policies changed to no longer cover shipping/handling costs with store credit? If done in error, can you halt the payment being taken from my card, or is it too late for this?

Hello Mawgrim,
I have adjusted the order to use your store credit for the entire total. You should be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting that. I have issued an authorization request reversal for the authorization that was put on your card when the order was generated. This should help the authorization drop off sooner, but ultimately how long that takes is up to your bank.
