Aloha,
Can someone please look at this order for me? I know I have more than enough store credit to cover the entire thing, but for some reason the system is taking the items from store credit but charging my credit card for the shipping.
I do store credit because I like to control when stuff gets charged, so I don't like this new glitch in the matrix.

Aloha Mana,
Thank you for letting us know. I have adjusted the order to use your store credit for the entire total. You should be receiving an updated email confirmation reflecting that. I have issued an authorization request reversal for the authorization that was put on your card when the order was generated. This should help the authorization drop off sooner, but ultimately how long that takes is up to your bank.
