Hi Paizo CS People,
I am really confused about what happened to my order.
I had purchased some items a few days ago and received my immediate receipt of sale and there was no issues. The items would be shipped in 2 packages, everything in stock and due to ship within a few days.
Now I get my subscription order, it has been bundled with one package, and the second now has no delivery time as 1 book is apparently sold out between my sale and shipping.
The original bill was $129.92 (which I believe was charged immediately) but now the new one arriving today is $151.46. Am I going to be double charged and is there now anyway of knowing when my original second package is going to be fulfilled?

Hello Wildhunt,
It looks like your August subscription was generated into this order, that is why you see a price difference. We do not charge for orders until they ship, so you have not been charged for it yet. But there was an authorization run on the card. This isn't a monetary transaction, it is us pinging the bank to make sure the card is valid. When they receive an authorization most banks will put a temporary hold on the funds, which can look like a pending charge on your end. I only see one authorization on the order.
There are some items we are waiting to get on the order which will cause it to take longer to ship. There are some items that we have to get from a distributor or manufacturer when an order for them is placed. These items will show a longer ship out time on the availability portion of the product page. For instance Ninth World Bestiary says "Ships from our warehouse in 4 to 18 business days." That is our estimation for how long it will take to get to us.
We are waiting on both the Ninth World Bestiary, and the Mummy's Mask dice to get to us. Ninth World Guidebook is currently unavailable though, which is also causing the order to wait. If you would like I can move all of these to a separate order so everything else can get underway.

Hi Diego, thanks for the reply.
Yes, can I please shuffle the order around please.
1. Please cancel the order for in the Ninth World Guidebook all together.
2. Can the AP: Hell's Bright Shadow please be placed in its own shipment so there is no hold up for that?
3. Can the Numenera Bestiary, both dice sets and the mini of Squealy Nord go into their own order, waiting for 2 of the items to arrive?

Hello Wildhunt,
I have cancelled the Ninth World Guidebook and moved In Hells Bright Shadow to its own order. The other 4 items remain in the original order waiting for the 2 to come in. You should be receiving an email confirmation for the Adventure Path 97 order, as well as an updated email confirmation for the original order.
