Shipping weirdness (one off, not subscription related so no stress)

Hi Paizo CS people

Im trying to order this book. I'm hoping to buy it and ship it on its own, as soon as possible. However, the only shipping option I'm getting is USPS priority (ie $53). Is there a reason for this or has it perhaps been entered as bigger than it really is?

If it has to go priority, I may as well sidecart it. I'd quite like to treat it separately though, if at all possible.

11.30 x 8.75 x 0.85 in., 3.36 lbs.

Packing materials puts it just over 4lbs which is the weight limit for international orders being able to go the cheaper, standard shipping/Mail Innovations method.
