I placed in order back in July and it still hasn't even shipped.
I want to buy more items from the website. Foremost being the Inner Sea Gods book however I dont want to place an order for more things while i still have an order pending ... can you pleas give me some idea what is happening with order and when i can order my book?

Your order is being held up by the Combat Tiers Family Pack. We are waiting for it to get to us from the distributor. If you would like I can move them into their own order so the other items can get under way.

I would like that... i wanted these Mini for a session ...but it looks like I wont be getting them in time now. Also am i going to have to pay a separate shipping cost for the tiers then if its by itself?

I have separated the Combat Tiers into their own order, and am letting the warehouse know everything else is ready to go right away. You should be receiving an email confirmation for the order the Combat Tiers are in as well as an updated email confirmation for the original order. The shipping charges should remain the same.
