In celebration of an excellent job being home base support staff (and doing a seriously awesome job at it) during Gen Con 2015, the customer service team will be having a celebratory lunch from 1pm-2pm PST today. This means we will not be answering the main phone line during that time. We will be back at 2pm to take your calls and help with all your customer service needs.

PS: My team of Diego, Katina and Sharaya were here working East Coast hours over the Saturday and Sunday of Gen Con to help support the cash registers. They are a huge part of why 2015 ran so smoothly for us and were amazing at answering account questions and fixing things that cropped up both in Indy and here at the office. I am super proud of them!
