Hi I just opened my order and my Pathfinder Battles—Dungeons Deep: Terror Bird, was broken from the Base. Is there a way to get a replacement or something. Would I need to send a picture to show what I mean?

I'm sorry to hear about that! If you wouldn't mind sending a picture of the damage to customer.service@paizo.com, we can take a quick look at it to see the extent of the damage before we figure out the best way to resolve the issue. Sometimes a bit of glue will suffice to fix a mini that's come off the base, but if not we'll be glad to help you out.

OK so I got the New Mini, and it's broken too. Sad Day. I think I can glue this one, but I wanted to let you guys Know about. I think that you could make a ring of Cardboard, about 2" thick and 8" long that could go in the mailing Bag the New Mini was put in. This would help protect the Mini from damage from the order box getting knocked around.
