Toughness and the Calculation of Familiar HP

Rules Questions

Hello.

My wizard has a Raven Familiar. Since he is first level, the Wizard has 11 hit Points:

6 HP (1.Level max)
+1 HP (Constitution)
+1 Hp (Favorite class)
+3 HP (Toughness feat)
---------------------
11 HP

That should mean my familiar gets 6HP, am i correct?

(I´m asking because my pcgen seems to screw this up by giving him 5)

5.

Hit Points: The familiar has half the master's total hit points (not including temporary hit points), rounded down, regardless of its actual Hit Dice.

5 is the correct number. Your familiar gets half your hit points, rounded down.

I believe 5 is correct, you round down rather than up if necessary.

//EDIT: Well and truly beaten to the punch!

Scarab Sages

A familiar gets half its master's hp, rounded down. So, 5 hp is correct.
