Vital strikes and wep enchance splitting ?

would both atks from splitting get the vital strikes dmg effect ?

ie heavy crossbow 1d10,splitting and greater vital

would each arrow get 4d10 ?

I'd say no; Vital Strike works on only a single attack, so one of those bolts would be the 'Vital Strike' bolt. The other would still have its own attack roll.
