Does a psychic get one or two phrenic amplificaitons at 11th-level?

Do they get a major one and a standard one, or just one major one? The class table seems ambiguous.

The chart pluralizes the first reference to show majors are now an option; the text makes it clear it is "in place of" a normal amplification.
