Firesight and concealment from other sorses

Rules Questions

Creatures that are on fire or have the fire subtype never benefit
from concealment or total concealment against you.

Is this correct. That they never benefit from concealment even if it's from other sources?

The only firesight I found was this, but it does something else.

Firesight (Ifrit):

Fire no longer blinds you, and smoke conceals nothing from your gaze.

Prerequisites: Ifrit.

Benefit: You can see through fire and smoke without penalty, ignoring any cover or concealment bonuses from fire and smoke. This does not allow you to see anything you could not otherwise see (for example, invisible creatures are still invisible). You are immune to the dazzled condition.

Where is your firesight from?

It's on the Kineticist I should have mention it.

Scarab Sages

That is correct. It is basically blindsight that can only be used to detect creature on fire or with the fire subtype. Invisibility, Obscuring Mist, whatever, if you are blinded, you can see them.

Blink will still have a 20% miss chance though, as that is not caused by sight, but by being on another plane.
