I received the wrong dice bag with this order.

Despite the item's name (Biohazard Dice Bag), this is what I anticipated receiving (note the item's picture): Biohazard Dice Bag

The dice bag I received, while yellow, has the “biohazard” symbol on it; which indeed fit’s the item’s name, however, I wanted the one pictured.

Thanks for letting us know about this! I've taken a look into your order, and it seems that we may have had the incorrect image set for that product. After some investigating with our distributor, I believe that all of the Biohazard bags are likely to have the same symbol on them as the one your received.

I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you! I'll be sure to have our webstore team update the image for the item. I have refunded the cost of the bag to your account in store credit, which you should see available for use immediately. Please feel free to keep the bag with our apologies.
