I'm a bit flabbergasted by the organisations and buildings in Ultimate Campaign and how they actually work. The buildings seem to be extremely small (the only inn in the book has all of 1 bedroom? Guess murderhobos and everyone else in Golarion just sleep in the street ;)). But the actual question I have is: how many teams work in these buildings?
The organisations are unfortunately a bit brief and I'm wondering how many employees can exist in a building? For example, how many employees would a temple employ? Is there any guidance in any book (not necessarily Ultimate Campaign) that might help adjudicate it? Or is it basically make it up myself?
