Order 3628201

Hi there,

I had to reauthorise payment for this one as my card was a bit maxed earlier. The order has been split into two parts and is $137 in total. The site would only let me reauthorise one of the two parts, for approx $51 - which is weird.

What can I do to get the rest of the order moving - or was that amount already reserved?

Hi Jeff,

Since it's shipping into two packages, it looks like it will be authorized/charged in two parts. Sometimes the system will only try one part initially, just to make sure the card works, and then will try the rest upon trying to process it for shipping.

It looks like the order is currently on packing lists, so it should be processed for shipping in the near future.

Thanks for the prompt reply - it went through in two parts last night. My confusion with the price has been cleared up too - I forgot the $10 discount for orders above $100. Very welcome when the subs all roll out at once! :-)
