Totem Transformation and Shield usage

with the Totem Transformation the Animal shaman gets the choice of natural weapons, in my case its 1 Bite and 2 Claws as Saurian Shaman.

Now the question is:
do the claws prevent you from using a shield?
can i use those natural weapons in combination with a shield, essentially having 1 Bite and only 1 Claw attack but retaining the shield AC?

Claws do not prevent you from using that hand for carrying a shield, or even from spellcasting or pickpocketing. You can use a shield, and then use 1 claw and your bite.
